a small bug (?) regarding the spokesperson tool

a myHt message from 14.6.08 said that the spokesperson income will be reduced by 3% starting the following week.
when I checked the money that I get from my spokespersons and compared it to the money in the hatrrick control spokesperson tool, I could see that the tool overestimates the money that I get.
I reduced 3% from the money that the tool said I should get and calculated the sum of money that I got from the start of this season (simply added the values from every week) and the difference between that number and the sum that I actually got was 0.1%.
so I guess that you should reduced the tool's estimation by those 3% (I checked the program's history and I don't see that change, the change should have taken place in the 2.2 version).
I hope it will be fixed, it seems to be the best spokesperson tool out there.

Really this section is an estimation of Vinstuen, and I never checked if it is exact, because I always have 10 spokepersons. So change Vinstuen formula is not easy for me.
In any case, I could reduce the total in 3% according to Hattrick sentence.
